Getting there
The site is located just outside Sehlis near Taucha (near Leipzig). The most convenient way to get there is by public transport and bicycle. We are trying to set up a shuttle service from Taucha to the camp.
Cars cannot be parked at the camp site! Please use the public parking lots in Taucha for your vehicles.
The address is Püchauer Straße 36 – 04425 Taucha, the coordinates are 51°23’16.6“N 12°32’48.2”E
Getting there by public transportation
By public transportation from Leipzig via Taucha to the camp
From Leipzig Central Station, you can take the S4 towards Torgau every 30 minutes and get off at the “Taucha” stop. From here, you can either:
- cycle 5.4 km (17 minutes) to the camp.
- or take the 175 bus towards Sommerfeld once an hour during the week to “Dewitz Wachbergsiedlung, Taucha.” From there, it is another 1.5 km on foot (20 minutes) to the camp.
- Or take the Flexa call bus on weekends (https://www.nordsachsen-mobil.de)
We are also trying to set up a shuttle service from Taucha. If you need a shuttle service, please indicate this in the online registration form. During the camp, you can reach the shuttle service at the information point at the following number: *The number will be available here and on our Telegram channel shortly before the start of the meeting.
By public transportation from Leipzig via Bosdorf to the camp
Trains depart three times an hour from Leipzig Central Station (RE 50 towards Dresden, RB 110 to Grimma, S3 to Wurzen) to “Borsdorf (Sachs).” From here, you can either:
- cycle 7.5 km (23 minutes) to the camp.
- or take bus 175 towards Taucha once an hour during the week to “Dewitz Wachbergsiedlung, Taucha.” From there, it is another 1.5 km on foot (20 minutes) to the camp.
- or Flexa call bus on weekends (https://www.nordsachsen-mobil.de)
From Dresden via Borsdorf to the camp
From Dresden Central Station, you can take the RE 50 train towards Leipzig once an hour and get off at the “Borsdorf (Sachs)” stop. From here, you can either:
- Cycle 7.5 km (23 minutes) to the camp.
- Or take bus 175 towards Taucha once an hour during the week to “Dewitz Wachbergsiedlung, Taucha.” From there, it is another 1.5 km on foot (20 minutes) to the camp.
- Or take the Flexa on-call bus on weekends (https://www.nordsachsen-mobil.de).
Arrival by car
From Dresden:
Follow the A4 towards Chemnitz/Leipzig and change to the A14 towards Magdeburg/Halle at the Nossen interchange. Follow the A14 and take exit 25 “Leipzig Nord-Ost.” Follow Leipziger Straße/B87 to Taucha.

From Chemnitz:
Follow the A72 towards Leipzig and change to the A38 towards Dresden/Leipzig Südost at the Leipzig interchange. Follow the A38 to the Parthenau interchange, then change to the A14 towards Magdeburg/Halle. Follow the A14 and take exit 25 “Leipzig Nord-Ost.” Follow Leipziger Straße/B87 to Taucha.
From Halle:
Take the A14 towards Dresden. Follow the A14 and take exit 25 “Leipzig Nord-Ost.” Follow Leipziger Straße/B87 to Taucha.
From Cottbus:
Take the A15 towards Berlin. Continue on the A13, take exit 8 “Duben” and follow the B87 towards Torgau/Luckau and continue on the B87 to Taucha.
From the north and south via the A9:
Follow the A9 to the Schkeuditzer Kreuz junction. At the Schkeuditzer Kreuz junction, change to the A14 towards Dresden. Follow the A14, take exit 25 “Leipzig Nord-Ost.” Follow Leipziger Straße/B87 to Taucha.
